Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
To deposit funds at dv66, you must use our supported payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
- Deposited funds are only accepted through verified payment methods.
- Depositing funds from a third-party account is not permitted.
Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply for fast and secure withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes
- Withdrawal requests will be processed only through the same payment method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳28,000.
- Wagering requirement: 25x (applied to the bonus amount).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the bonus is announced.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- If any misuse or attempt to exploit a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- dv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
VIP Program
The dv66 VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. The specific terms for cashback benefits can be found in the VIP section.
Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed while playing games at dv66:
- Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be found within the game.
- If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the result of that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
- If the internet connection is lost, any bet in progress will be settled according to its logical outcome.
- In the event of a dispute over a game result, dv66's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to cricket and other sports betting:
- Betting markets and odds are subject to change — please verify the latest odds before confirming a bet.
- If an event is cancelled, the related bet will generally be refunded.
- Betting based on match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited and will be treated as misconduct.
